Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using phmodern.win. By registering an account or accessing any part of the ph.modern platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ph.modern. Accounts of underage users will be permanently closed and balances forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
ph.modern is operated for players located in the Philippines under PAGCOR supervision. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
Each individual may hold only one ph.modern account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of pending balances.
All bonuses and promotions at ph.modern are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph.modern login credentials. ph.modern will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
ph.modern reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, collusion, breach of these terms, or conduct harmful to the integrity of the platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph.modern platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the ph.modern platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph.modern. They apply to all use of the platform, including browsing, account creation, deposits, game play, bonus claims, and withdrawal requests. ph.modern reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
To open and maintain a ph.modern account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
ph.modern reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
You may only hold one active ph.modern account. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using a different email address or mobile number — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended upon detection, and all associated balances may be forfeited. ph.modern uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ph.modern account. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ph.modern will not be liable for delays, errors, or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the Player.
Before processing any withdrawal, ph.modern will require you to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or any government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may be required in addition to photo identification. ph.modern may also require enhanced due diligence for high-value accounts or in circumstances where unusual transaction patterns are detected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph.modern login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph.modern will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
ph.modern accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso only. ph.modern does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method — GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
ph.modern operates in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). ph.modern is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored. ph.modern reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation of any account where unusual activity is detected.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for twelve consecutive months. ph.modern will notify the Player by email prior to applying a dormancy administration fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a verification step.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ph.modern are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
All games available on the ph.modern platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.
Bets placed and confirmed are final. ph.modern will not reverse a settled bet except where a manifest error — defined as an obvious and palpable mistake — is identified by ph.modern at its sole discretion. In the case of a manifest error, ph.modern may void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
Live casino games are conducted by third-party certified game providers. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for electronic games and by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) for live dealer games. ph.modern does not manipulate game outcomes.

ph.modern will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account registered in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you are gambling for recreational purposes and that the funds you use for gambling are not required for essential personal or household expenses.
All content on the ph.modern platform — including but not limited to the ph.modern name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and audiovisual material — is the property of ph.modern or its third-party licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph.modern content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph.modern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or delays in payment processing beyond ph.modern's reasonable control.
ph.modern's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by ph.modern is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a ph.modern account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy. ph.modern complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to contact ph.modern support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal legal proceedings.
ph.modern reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or by a notification displayed upon login. Your continued use of the ph.modern platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
