ph.modern (accessible at phmodern.win) is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected from Players and visitors to our platform. ph.modern operates under supervision of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

- Copies of government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Postal ID)
- Proof of address documents where required (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
- Selfie photograph taken at the time of KYC submission, where required for facial verification
2.3 Financial Data
- GCash or PayMaya mobile number linked to deposit and withdrawal transactions
- Bank account details (account name and number) for bank transfer withdrawals
- Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and dates
- Credit or debit card details (card number, expiry, cardholder name) where card payments are used — stored only in tokenized form
2.4 Gaming Activity Data
- Game session logs, including games played, bets placed, outcomes, and timestamps
- Bonus and promotion history
- Responsible gaming settings, including any deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion requests

- IP address and approximate geolocation derived from IP address

6. Sharing Your Personal Data
ph.modern does not sell your personal data. We share your personal data only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
- Payment processors: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (Maya Bank), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers — to process your deposits and withdrawals.

Where ph.modern engages third-party data processors, we require them to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures and to use personal data only for the purposes specified in our data processing agreements with them.
7. Data Retention
ph.modern retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable Philippine law. In practice, this means:
- Account data is retained for the duration of your ph.modern account and for a minimum of five years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
- KYC identity documents are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of collection, in compliance with AMLC requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction.
- Gaming activity logs are retained for a minimum of two years.
- Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of your account and for two years following account closure or withdrawal of consent.
After the applicable retention period has expired, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your data at any time; however, ph.modern may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, even following an account closure or deletion request.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
ph.modern uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on phmodern.win. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the platform. ph.modern uses the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function correctly, including session management, security tokens, and login state. These cannot be disabled.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings and display options to improve your experience on phmodern.win.
- Analytics cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymised data about how visitors use phmodern.win — helping ph.modern improve platform performance and usability.
You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the ph.modern platform and your ability to log in and play.
9. Data Security
ph.modern implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and phmodern.win
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial records and identity documents
- Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

Despite these measures, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to prejudice your rights and freedoms, ph.modern will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected Players in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC Circular 16-03.

11. Children's Privacy
The ph.modern platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. ph.modern does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If ph.modern discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the associated account will be immediately closed, any balance will be forfeited, and all personal data collected will be securely deleted to the extent permitted by legal record-keeping obligations. If you believe a minor has registered a ph.modern account, please contact support immediately.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
ph.modern may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or through a prominent notice displayed upon ph.modern login prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the ph.modern platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
