Forgot Your ph.modern Login Password?
If you cannot remember your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the ph.modern Login page. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a secure password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive in your inbox — some Philippine mobile network email filters may delay delivery. If you registered with your GCash or PayMaya number and never set an email password, use the GCash or PayMaya sign-in buttons to access your account directly, then set an email password from your account settings.
Why Is My ph.modern Account Locked?
For your security, ph.modern automatically locks an account after five consecutive failed login attempts. This prevents unauthorized access if someone is trying to guess your credentials. If your account is locked, wait 15 minutes for the lock to expire automatically and then try again with the correct password. If you have genuinely forgotten your credentials, use the password reset process described above. Accounts are also locked during mandatory KYC review — you will receive an email with instructions if this is the reason.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication on Your ph.modern Account
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of protection to your ph.modern login — even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the second factor. After logging in, go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. You can choose to receive your 2FA code via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, DITO all supported) or through an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. 2FA is strongly recommended if your account balance is regularly above ₱5,000 or if you use GCash as your primary deposit method, since your GCash account and your ph.modern account should both be independently secured.
Keeping Your ph.modern Login Secure
Your ph.modern account is tied to real money, and keeping it secure should be a priority. Use a unique password that you do not use on any other website — especially any wallet app, banking app, or social media account. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including people who claim to be ph.modern support staff. The real ph.modern support team will never ask for your password over live chat or email. If you receive a suspicious message asking for your ph.modern login credentials, report it immediately via the Help Center and change your password. Players accessing ph.modern from shared devices — in internet cafés in Manila, Cebu, or anywhere — should always log out after each session and never use the "Remember Me" feature on shared computers.
